This website is run by Kalams Institute (Kalams Group of Institutions), run by Vinai Educational Trust (Reg. No. 297), Four Road, opposite Harshithaa Hospital, Perambalur 621220, Tamil Nadu. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Kalams Institute.

When you fill a form, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect:

• Your name and mobile number
• The course you are interested in and your city or town
• Details you share during counselling, such as your marks and qualifications

When you visit this website, we also collect basic usage data through cookies, such as the pages you visit and how you reached the site, including Google Ads click information.

Why we use it

• To call, SMS or WhatsApp you about the courses and admission you asked for
• To suggest courses and colleges that match your profile
• To help you with applications to colleges and universities
• To measure and improve our website and advertising

We use your information only with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box or by contacting us yourself.

Who we share it with

We share your details with a college or university only when you ask us to apply there for you. We use service providers such as Google (Analytics and Ads) and WhatsApp to run this website and talk to you. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we are helping you with courses and admission, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
